Please Note: Cold Processed soaps are handcrafted with natural ingredients. It is normal to observe slight changes in soap color and shape as the soap ages. Every batch is handmade; hence one could observe slight variation in batches. However, these do not have any bearing on the final quality of the soap. Cold processed soaps are the most premium in the bathing soap bar segment and they are bound to deliver results.
Goods once sold cannot be accepted back. We do not process returns and refunds.
There is only one exception, when the goods are damaged during shipment transit. Customers are advised to record unpacking video after receiving their orders to claim returns in case of damaged goods.
Such claims shall be submitted to info@soapstudio.com within 7 days after order is delivered.
Cost of shipping the returns back to the company warehouse shall be borne by customer. Upon receiving such returns, we are happy to re-ship the goods or issue refund as preferred by customer. Refunds option is available only for prepaid orders.
Refunds once issued can take 7-10 days to reflect in customers account.
